I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen and heard exactly as you are. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety and depression, stress and burnout, trauma, suicidal ideation and self-harm, OCD, neurodivergence (including ADHD), phobias (including emetophobia), relationship challenges, life transitions, and identity exploration, including LGBTQ+ and non-monogamous experiences. In our work together, we can gently explore what’s been painful, confusing, or overwhelming. Compassion and curiosity will guide the process, centering what matters most to you and allowing your values, not just your struggles, to lead the way.
I draw from narrative and attachment-based perspectives, incorporating parts work and values exploration to support deeper self-understanding and emotional insight. I have experience working and volunteering with the LGBTQ+ community, conducting research in mindfulness, and facilitating anxiety and depression support groups. My goal is to support you in building a life and relationships that feel more grounded, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.
