Pursuing BREM program, or holding Bachelor’s / Master’s degrees in Psychotherapy or Social Work from recognized North American institutions.
Possessing qualifying status with CRPO or OCSWSSW professional organizations, along with current professional liability insurance coverage for practice.
Availability during evening hours and weekend sessions is highly beneficial for client scheduling and practice growth opportunities.
Access to reliable laptop for web-based video conferencing sessions and maintaining a dedicated private workspace is necessary.

Provide supervised consultation and counseling for diverse mental health concerns
Offer evidence-based, high-quality care to community members effectively
Maintain accurate client records following established practice standards consistently

Complete required administrative duties and indirect client work tasks
Engage in ongoing professional development and case consultation activities
Participate actively in weekly peer supervision sessions with colleagues
